To provide you with the right contact information, please select the nature of your contact request below:
If you are concerned about speeding vehicles where you live or if you have any other road safety concerns, please contact the highways department of your local council in the first instance. The council as the responsible highway authority will then investigate any road safety issues and in the case of speeding complaints will collect speed data to establish the scale of any potential speeding problem and assess the location as part of their local Speed Management Procedures. Their assessment will determine what, if any, road safety intervention is necessary and if deemed appropriate, they will request enforcement support from Safer Roads Humber. Safer Roads Humber is unable to carry out any camera enforcement without an initial assessment by the responsible highways authority.
