Central Ticket Office
This is the office that issues the Fixed Penalty Notice (speeding ticket). If you have any questions regarding the Notice that has been sent to you or you have misplaced you drivers licence then please write to them at:

A telephone helpline operates between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday (01482 398200). The operator will ask you to verify your name, address, date of birth and the notice reference number. Please have this to hand to enable a quick response.
Please be aware that due to audit purposes you may still be required to write in with your information.
Accepting the 'Conditional Offer' of the Fixed Penalty Notice?
You need to send the following documents to the Fixed Penalty Notice Office
1. The driver's statement of liability (found on page 1 of the Conditional Offer form)
2. The payment of £60 (cheque or postal orders made payable to "HMCTS")
3. Valid driver's licence. If you have a DVLA licence, send your whole licence including photo card. If you have a non-DVLA licence, provide your licence number, its country of origin and a photocopy of your licence.
The conditional offer can only be processed if all three items are received together

Please note - it can take up to 28 days to process the notice. If you need your driver's licence to be returned to you urgently, please post the documents by Recorded Delivery.
